I have Small Family Packs of beef for sale. The Small Family Packs can be pre-ordered and picked up at the market or Perry Farms.

Small Family Pack is approximately ½ the amount of Angus beef as the larger Family Pack. All weights are approximate, normal Family Pack weights typically run over by 1 – 3 lbs

The fresh beef has been a big hit and many are asking how I keep such a good supply. Every week we process our beef at a local butcher’s shop, where all meat is vacuum sealed for freshness and flavor. Every Thursday, I pick up the beef for that weekends sale.

USDA reports that refrigerated, vacuum sealed beef is safe for human consumption for up to 21 days before it should be frozen, our beef is frozen within 7 days or less from the processing date.

Kabobs are a great crowd pleaser, whether you grill them outdoors or broil them indoors. You can turn a party interactive, by having your guest prepare their own skewers with their choice of vegetables,

Beef for kabobs is usually cut into 1 to 1-1/2 inch boneless pieces from the sirloin or round. Cubes cut from the round will benefit from a tenderizing marinade. Look for packages that have the most uniform size pieces.

You can trim any tender cut into the appropriate size cubes, taking care to keep the piece size as uniform as possible.  Top sirloin or tenderloin is especially good choices.
